Smart phones, tablets, computers, television, video games… technology is everywhere.  At home, at schools, in the workplace and in our pockets at all times.  Society is expressing much concern about the detrimental effects from children being too attached to devices.  Have you ever stopped to realize that this constant connection to technology is harming adults as well?   Take a look at the following from Psychology Today to learn how too much tech time is harming our brains.  So today, and regularly, remember to power down.
