The following shows the inspiring, award winning dance routine by sisters Quincy and Gracie Latkovski. Gracie, age 9, has been dancing all her life, despite being in a wheelchair due to Cystic Fibrosis and Cerebral Palsy. “I love dancing and want to show that I can do anything everyone else can because I believe in my dreams,” Says Gracie.
